Vi-skogen/Vi Agroforestry

Vi-skogen är en svensk biståndsorganisation som planterar träd i Kenya, Uganda och Tanzania. Tre länder som är hårt drabbade av avskogningen och som under många år levt med dess förödande effekter för både människor och natur. Vi-skogens vision är ”En hållbar miljö som gör det möjligt för människor i fattigdom att förbättra sina liv”. Sedan 1983 har vi planterat över 155 miljoner träd, träd som hjälpt 2,4 miljoner människor till ett bättre liv. ___________________ Vi-skogen/Vi Agroforestry is a Swedish development cooperation organisation that works to support farmers and their organisations in the area around Lake Victoria in East Africa. Vi-skogen/ Vi Agroforestry reaches over one million people through training and advice. More than 155 million trees have been planted since its inception in 1983. Vi-skogen/ Vi Agroforestry's vision is a sustainable environment that makes it possible for people living in poverty to improve their lives. Vi-skogen/ Vi Agroforestry works in three countries: Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda.
