VI3 ventures is an exciting, cross-disciplinary, multi-geographic startup ecosystem. We aim to find and provide all the support to talented entrepreneurs, help them create successful companies at scale, and build successful global ecosystems. We are different in our approach from that of other incubators, and accelerators. (a) we do not scout startups, we find most talented entrepreneurs with passion and drive to succeed. (b) we work mostly on in-house ideas to solve current business and world problems with future technologies and innovation. (c) we build talented teams, operating model, and governance structure to run these businesses. (d) our approach is long term and we do not work with hundreds of startups instead we like to focus on few ideas and entrepreneurs. (e) we do not have thousands of mentors network because we believe startup only need few experts and advisors who work closely with each entrepreneur and business to make investment ready and help the business to scale. Entrepreneurs need structure, access to markets and insight, while corporate need new innovative ideas to stay competitive and in some instances relevant. We builds relationships between corporate seeking to innovate and young entrepreneurs looking to scale with our disruptive ideas and technologies. We are hiring!
