Our call center counselors are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to provide crisis counseling and information and referral to programs to help with needs such as food, shelter, medical care, financial assistance, counseling programs, substance abuse treatment, childcare, etc. VIALINK also operates a Crisis Teen Textline for youth between the ages of 13-22 anywhere in Louisiana. The textline is operational 24/7.
