Founded in 2014, VIA Outlets is Continental Europe’s fastest-expanding owner-operator of premium fashion outlets by GLA over the past decade.
Providing guests with beautifully local, premium shopping destinations, the team is guided by its 3R elevation strategy: remerchandising, remodelling and remarketing. By bringing together an exceptional mix of international and local premium brands, VIA Outlets creates unexpected and unforgettable shopping experiences whilst paving the way for sustainable shopping.
VIA Outlets consists of 11 premium fashion outlets in nine European countries. With over 1,100 stores across 280,000 m2 GLA, collectively the centres welcome over 32 million guests annually. In 2020, APG, the largest Dutch pension fund asset manager, became the sole investor in VIA Outlets.
