We are Viaduct Housing Partnership, a development partnership between Stockport Homes and Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council, focusing on building more affordable homes in Stockport.
We formed in 2016, and since then have built over 1,000 homes in the borough and anticipate completion of 450 more in the next 2 years. Step by step, our goal is to help more people get onto the property ladder and see Stockport as one of the most exciting places to live in Greater Manchester.
Our developments offer a mix of tenures from shared ownership to affordable rent and market sale, supporting first time buyers, growing families and those looking to downsize to find their perfect home.
