For the European market we have developed hypoallergenic flour based on malanga under the brand Mama Langa to serve communities that struggle with gut related challenges, like celiac disease, crohn's and food allergies.
We aim to build the bridge between modern agricultural knowledge and where it has the most impact. Therefore we have worked hard to build a trustworthy reputation with hundreds of local farmers and aim to establish local farming coöperations in Ecuador.
