Viani befindet sich seit Generationen auf Genusskurs. Antonio, unser Gründer, zog der Liebe wegen nach Göttingen und vermisste bald die Geschmäcker seiner norditalienischen Heimat. Deshalb begann er 1973 damit, Trüffel nach Deutschland zu importieren. Doch dabei blieb es nicht und mit den Jahren kam Italien Stück für Stück nach Göttingen. Um die wunderbaren Produkte noch bekannter zu machen, arbeitet das Team von Viani seit 2019 mit Kochhaus zusammen. Mit vereinten Kräften setzen sie in einem neuen Ladenkonzept an sieben Standorten in Deutschland ihre Vision von Produktliebe und kompromissloser Qualität um.
