We guide people to recover their nervous system so they can reduce the impacts of stress, reduce the impacts of trauma, and improve their mental wellness. Our yoga therapists are knowledgeable in the neuroscience of stress and trauma, skilled in therapeutic movement practices, and supportive of your needs. The Viasomatic method uses yoga therapy (specifically yoga-based movements and breath patterns) to mimic defensive stress responses to complete the stress cycle and move your nervous system back into equilibrium.
