I always wished someone else created invoices for me that I tell him to create invoice for XYZ Company - 1 Website Design @ 1000 - Tax @ 5%.
Existing tools were too complicated and expensive. Then it occurred to me that I am a software developer and I can create a platform to create invoices with simple prompts in natural language.
That's why I have built Vibe Invoice that takes simple prompts like-
"@XYZ Company
1 Website Design @ 1000
Tax - 5%"
It fetches the client details using by using "@" and creates a professional invoices in no time. Users can download PDF file on one click.
Every invoice also has a sharable link which can be used to share with clients. The advantage of sharing using link are that clients can suggest changes and users will receive a notification for it. It's lightweight, saves users storage space and is easy to manage.
Vibe Invoice also offers API which takes simple information such as client's name, address, items, etc. as input and returns a sharable invoice link with same superpowers.
Vibe Invoice's free plan includes 15 monthly invoices and 100 API calls which would be enough for my freelancing needs.
