The CPA Victoria Emerging Leaders Network (ELN) is one of the Victoria Divisional Committees which is committed to helping CPA Victoria young professionals develop their careers. The ELN was created for associate members and CPAs in the early to mid-stages of their CPA career journey.
The ELN organises a range of relevant events and seminars throughout the year, aiming to advance the interests of young members through:
- connect ASAs and CPAs with broader network
- enhance personal and professional skills; and
- advocate feedback from members to CPA Australia

Recruitment
The ELN consists of 12 committed members as representatives of CPA Victoria young and emerging professionals. The committee meets on a regular basis with CPA Victoria management team and liaise with representatives from the VIC Divisional Council.
