Key Responsibilities: - Drive quarterly 18 Month Rolling Forecast and annual budgeting processes with a focus on collaborative stakeholder engagement, ensure a high-quality budget delivering within limited timeline- In charge of monthly closing, delivery flash P&L and commentary, HFM and TM1 submission, Dashboard reports, PVM and OPEX analysis- Provide commercial insights on key customers and product lines profitability to Sales Account Managers- Support Marketing for the analysis of marketing investment expense. - Highly involve in annual Standard Cost Review process with Cost Accountant and review and check Product Costing, PPV, Inventory revaluation, deferred FX on monthly basis - Perform analysis/reporting to support decision making, i.e. FX requirements by currency for hedging, 5 years strategic plan, and NPD modelling - Coordinate monthly SLOB review meeting across functions from Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, ensure inventories are remained within a healthy level- Collaborate and work with IT, Operations and Supply Chain teams to take the Anaplan project from feasibility through implementation, testing and go live- Provide financial advice and analysis relating to business process improvement and other finance projects, i.e. shorten month-end with automation in process and templates, improvement of Trade Spend accruals tracking, and improvement in AR claim process. - Serve as a key point of contact during annual and interim audits.Achievements:- Successfully maintain Rolling Forecast accuracy of 95%-105% vs. Actual realization for NST and 90%-110% for Gross Profit/EBIT- Successfully built trust relationships across sales, marketing, supply chain, IT and Group Finance with finance and business stakeholders- Involved in multiple projects, ensure a smooth migration and transition from SAP to JDE, implementation of new planning system - Anaplan, and implementation of Global Finance data platform through Power BI.

Key Responsibilities: - Formulate a full suite management reporting pack that provides a comprehensive overview of the financial health and activity of the company, including cashflow forecast, P&L and Balance Sheets. - Produce and distributed Month-end reports including P&L, sales reports, aged debtors etc., and carefully scrutinizing and analysing variances and percentage change against the previous month and Budget (Month vs Month) and end of year (Year vs. previous Year).- Work closely with the business in preparing accurate monthly and quarterly budgets along with review of forecast variances.- Build financial models and provide detailed analytics and insights used by senior management and the department managers on contractor costs, operational expenses, marketing spending and IT expenses.- Manage Month-End procedures, ledger reconciliations and posted month-end adjusting journals, including reallocation of SG&A costs to the branch and interbranch charges.- Maintain and update data into the SUN financial system to ensure the integrity of the records and accuracy of reports being produced, and to maintain the chart of accounts. - Serve as a key point of contact during annual and interim audits.- Work with business managers to lead continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs and to identify opportunity whilst also leading opportunity to reduce reporting processing times.- Build business partnering relationships with various stakeholders, including corporate sales, consumer sales, and Marketing
