We were founded in 1998 by our three-decade long business partners Vinicius Corrêa (VIC) and Osvaldo Piccinin (OP), both with broad experience in the commodity sector: The first, agronomic engineer by Universidade Federal de Viçosa, has a 30 year long history of farmland operation and management; The second, also an agronomic engineer (Esalq - USP) is the co-founder of Áster Máquinas, John Deere's exclusive sales representative inside of the states of Mato Grosso and Mato Grosso do Sul. Furthermore, Osvaldo is also Agro Amazonia's co-founder, which has sold 65% of its control to the japanese business giant Sumitomo in 2015.
