The Statewide Children’s Resource Program (SCRP) is funded by the Victorian Department of Families, Fairness and Housing to assist, support and resource Specialist Homelessness Services and other non government agencies and sectors to respond more effectively to the needs of children and young people who have experienced homelessness and /or family violence.
