At Victrix, we believe investors have the power to create meaningful change, and our goal is to lead by example as a pioneering impact-focused family office in Belgium. We target investments that focus on decarbonisation and circularity and that also directly contribute to preserving or enhancing the health of ocean ecosystems. Victrix translates its investment philosophy through direct investments (minority and majority stakes) and fund investments across various asset classes. Victrix focuses its philanthropic convictions on 2 themes: women and oceans. This is managed by the Victrix Foundation. Key holdings: EBE: Victrix is the sole shareholder of EBE, a Belgian shipowner founded in 2016, which owns and operates a fleet of modern dry bulk carriers. Avignonesi: Founded in 1974, Avignonesi is the leading winery in the Montepulciano area of Tuscany. Today, Avignonesi owns ~ 180 hectares of vineyards in the Montepulciano and Cortona appellations and produces its wine with organic and biodynamic farming methods and a state-of-the-art winemaking facility. Avignonesi is currently under B-Corp certification.
