For each of these areas, VIDA can do; policy and regulatory frameworks review; strategic and business planning and management; Programme design; monitoring and evaluation; financial management systems and process development and reviews. Initially focusing on offering consulting services, VIDA’s scope of work has quickly expanded into training particularly handholding of institutions, mentoring and coaching of management and staff to carry out their roles faster and more efficiently including community groups.
