After receiving your inquiry, we contact you to discuss the case in detail. We identify qualified experts using our extensive database of carefully selected professionals, and we conduct an exhaustive internet search if needed. We contact the most promising experts and review the case facts with them to determine if they’re qualified to serve as an expert on the matter in question and if their personal characteristics fit the case. The comprehensive, in-depth conversations that we have with our clients and with potential experts frequently enable us to provide new insights into a case, to clarify the issues, or to discover that the case requires an expert in a different field of specialization than the one originally requested. When we’re confident that we have selected the ideal expert, we make the referral. If you find it’s not the right person, we will submit additional candidates. There is no charge for our services unless you retain an expert we’ve referred to you.
