This is Vijay Kumar Director of Guardians Security Force and Ex-Director of Securwell Security Services. My Tenure In Investigation and Security services for more than 24 years, has taught me commercial security standards and operational procedures by implementing many new procedures and operational tactics as a Branch Manager, under the execution of clients such as Mahindra & Mahindra Auto Mobile, Asian Paints, Navbharath and ITC Grand Kakatiya. After which, having worked as Security Manager in Hotel Green Park, heading the security department for 06 years established and developed skills and training of the department. Control access was an important part of the hotel security planning to prevent criminals, deterring any one with no business property, ensuring consistent professional response to all emergencies, subsequently M/S Guardwell Detective services Pvt. Ltd, General Manager Operation. The assignment was very competitive with IT sector and Star Hotel deployments very dedicatedly deployed guards at MNC security companies and lived upto of Premier companies. Started SECUREWELL SECURITY SERVICES in October 2008 with partners and raised the company to 14 crores turnover company during the 2 year and remained for 7 years guarding very premier companies such as TATA'S Adibatla, with a very high compliance standard to the code of conduct of TATA's, helicopters division. By the end of march of 2016 it was 1000+ guards and developed the reputation of providing high standard security services. Having more than 3000 hours of capacity training to the ARMY Officers, personally below officer standards and commercial security standards.
