In 2025, we launched VM Alignment Fund 1, a zero-management-fee fund designed to align the interests of investors and managers and prioritize value creation. Our model maximizes capital efficiency by deploying 100% of investor capital and tying returns exclusively to performance. With Fund 1, we don’t make money unless our investors do. We primarily target early-stage startups, writing initial checks of approximately $250K, with flexibility to support follow-on and later-stage rounds. We partner with experienced, mission-driven founders solving complex problems with demonstrated traction.
