Vild Hvede

Vild Hvede is a micromill and regenerative agriculture in North Funen. We have 60 ha of land with 30 ha of agricultural land in rotation. In the field, we experiment with different soil treatments, shallow tillage, spraying with microorganisms, inoculation with microorganisms and holistic grazing and more. With our agriculture and food production, we particularly want to rethink the use of soil as a resource and at the to contribute to a holistic, green transition of agriculture in Denmark.
