At Villa Kali Ma we offer an Integrative Residential Treatment Program incorporating Evidenced-Based treatment modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, Somatic Therapy, Family Therapy, IFS, ACT and Expressive Arts Therapy with Holistic modalities such as Mindfulness Practices, Acupuncture, Massage, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Shamanic Journeying, Shamanic Healing, Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls, Reiki Energy Healing, TRE Trauma Release, Ayurveda and Earthing.
All of our Clinicians and Staff are trained in Mindfulness, which is powerful in its ability to open the heart and rewire the brain. Mindfulness has been widely studied and is known to be effective in the treatment of ADHD, Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse, Eating Disorders, Personality Disorders, PTSD, and other Trauma. Our program also includes Equine Therapy outings, Organic Gardening, Cooking & Nutrition, Life Skills, Journaling & Goal Setting, and introduction to Recovery Support Groups Meetings.
