Our business was founded as a result of an innovative passion to modernize the pasta industry: to take something as simple as pasta making, and transform it into culinary art for all to enjoy. And so, in the early ‘90s, Michael, Domenic and Franco Masone, together with Roberto Bastone, embarked on a journey to create the best fresh, homemade Italian pasta around. Working closely with chefs and using traditional recipes handed down to them from their Italian parents, they developed new products based on their customers’ needs and demands. Based in Montréal (Rivière-des-Prairies), Villa Ravioli offers a wide variety of pasta, fillings and sauces, using only the highest quality ingredients. Our continued dedication and outstanding service have earned us the respect of food service professionals, retail stores and consumers. We serve restaurants, supermarkets and B2B companies throughout Canada, Mexico and the United States. Our Montréal factory is SQF, CFIA, HALAL and USDA certified.
