Villacis Group supports from the smallest of parts such as micro molding, right up to some of the largest parts such as interior IPs and doors to exterior bumpers and front grilles. Villacis Group has the expertise and specializes in class 101 tooling for chrome, painted, and highly critical polished SPI A1 mold surfaces, as well as 2K, 3K molds, optics and reflex. Villacis Group works alongside our customers early in the product development and engineering stages, by feasing out concepts, providing a ‘one stop shop’ for all tooling (plastics, stamping, castings), establishing design for manufacturing strategies, validating target manufacturing methods, and developing roadmaps to help spread out tooling costs over build phases as volumes grow, these are just to name a few. It’s imperative we understand clearly our customers final product desired outcome and work towards that goal.
