VinCa Red Leaf will operate biosynthesis production plants that process seafood waste into value-added organic nutraceuticals, foods and fertilizers that contribute to environmental sustainability. The Company will utilize proven research and the large-scale manufacturing capability of Vietnamese R&D and equipment manufacturing companies, respectively. These foreign companies are founded and managed by VinCa Red Leaf’s CEO and CTO, Quoc Huy Tran. VinCa Red Leaf will be headquartered in the Durham Region of Ontario. The region’s proximity to the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) will facilitate expedient distribution to VinCa Red Leaf’s domestic and export markets. The Company is envisioned to operate three manufacturing plants across Canada. The co-founders will invest $1 million in the span of three years for the construction of an inaugural 100,000 sq. ft. plant and the purchase of building and plant equipment.
