He wrote several articles on securities fraud and is a recognized expert in the areas of market manipulation, securities fraud, and securities compliance matters. Mr. Vincent graduated from Washburn University School of Law, and is admitted to practice law in Kansas, Colorado, Nebraska, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Dennis Peatrowsky practices in the areas of estate and business planning, securities law, regulatory compliance, and securities litigation. Mr. Peatrowsky received his law degree from the Creighton University School of Law in 1994, and is admitted to practice in Nebraska. He has over 17 years of compliance experience in the financial services industry, and has provided counsel with regard to wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, probate, business formation and charitable planning
