Vinculum – a bond, signifying union, connection, a bridge or a stepping-stone. Vinculum Solutions Inc. (VSI) was founded in 1995 to help bridge the gaps between the needs of Government stakeholders and the results achieved by the development, testing, and deployment of technology. This requires a focus on infrastructure, process, and methods, supplemented by in-depth, client-specific business knowledge. As a Government Senior Executive and and Director of a commercial business enterprise, my goal is to put this personal and corporate value into practice by translating a customer-focused perspective into the languages and methodologies of information technology. VSI strives to develop systems and infrastructure that deliver useful business outcomes. Our Corporate goal is to improve the business capabilities of Federal and State Government to better serve the public interest.
