Vine Vault’s mission is to further the collection and enjoyment of fine wine. Vine Vault offers state-of-the-art wine storage, concierge services, tasting rooms and world-class security so its members can enjoy their wine collection to the very fullest. To enhance this enjoyment the company provides storage, handling, receipt of shipments, signature lockers, inventory management, insurance, procurement,shipping, pickup/delivery services for their members’ wine collections. Alongside white-glove concierge services, Vine Vault experiences will include select introductions to exceptional wineries, auctions, wine-related travel opportunities, exclusive wine pairing and networking events in their various tasting rooms and member lounges. The highly secured, temperature and humidity-controlled facilities are designed from the ground up to nurture wines in the best environment technologically possible. Vine Vault offers three levels of membership: Collector members have traditional wine storage capabilities with their own lockers in a highly secure facility, Concierge members leave everything but the fun to Vine Vault, we pick up their wine from their home, pack it up and perform a complete inventory and Reserve members have their bottles stored in our “vault within a vault” 4-hour fire rated strong room with additional security features. Reserve members have all of the privileges and services provided to a Concierge member, plus priority access to special events. Vine Vault’s Wine Management System is barcode based tracking a member’s wine through every step of the process, including pick-ups and deliveries and offer Wine Enjoyment Plans so members can enjoy their wine at its peak. Our vehicles are insulated, refrigerated climate controlled vans ensuring member’s wine is always kept at a perfect temperature.
