Conducting Design reviews, Providing inputs to Design for manufacturability, Support suppliers and customers to indentify robust Tools, Fixtures and Gauges for manufacturing, Develop the parts with structured gateway review processes (T1,T2 and T3 samples ) and approve them thro' robust onsite PPAP - Production Trial Run with required Run@Rate.
- Support the Organisations to set-up worldclass Li-On Battery pack manufacturing lines, Automated Critical assemblies, Setting up IP67 tests, Error Free EOL checks with state-of-art machineries and test equipments
- Support in sourcing Li-On Cells, Design & Develop BMS, Motor control Unit ( MCU), VCUs, PSMM Motors, Transmission systems ( Belt, Pulleys,Belt Tensioners)
- Support in designing and contract manufacturing Portable Chargers for EV vehicles.
- Contract Manufacturing for Li-On Battery Packs, MCUs, Motors in India as per Customer design
- Training the workforce for Best Practices in Automated Industries, Quality Core Tools
- Support customers in 3rd party inspections at their suppliers' premises
- Support organisations in establishing End-to-End Quality Management Systems ( Incoming Quality, Supplier Quality, Inhouse Manufacturing Quality, Vehicle Testing and Inspection, Customer Quality, Warranty management systems, After Sales Support, Service Quality Improvement etc.,)
