Our main discipline is the creation of highly accurate as-built documentation for buildings and site layouts to assist in the delivery of sufficient documentation and also for the addition or alteration projects where poor, or even non-existing documentations are the only available. Our services to date has been mainly contracted by large scale property owners to develop floor plans for their buildings where these, as mentioned, poor or non-existing plans where the only documentation they had in their possession. From there our joint team calculated and produced rentable floor areas utilizing the latest SAPOA methods and also increased their rentable income over their entire portfolio. We utilize Faro 3D LiDAR & Leica 3D stationed laser instrumentation which generates millimeter accurate platforms which we work from.
