Als onafhankelijk consultant geef ik wijn- workshops & cursussen en organiseer ik wijnproeverijen afgestemd op de wensen van de cliënt en de activiteit. Wijn is mijn lust en mijn leven!
Daarnaast adviseer ik horecagelegenheden bij het samenstellen van de wijnkaart. Het geven van een passend wijnadvies bij een wijn/spijs combinatie is de kers op de taart.
Als jurylid neem ik deel aan o.a. het grootste wijnconcours 'Concours Mondial de Bruxelles'. Ook heb ik me gekwalificeerd als Rioja Wine Educator bij Consejo Regulador DOCa.
Mijn 'Éducation Permanente' onderhoud ik door zoveel mogelijk Masterclasses te volgen en wijngebieden en -producenten in de wereld te bezoeken.
