After making wines for several years in Chile, we were amazed by Itata vineyards, their history, potential, and people. So, we created COPA and establish our winery in Itata itself, to produce wines from centenary vines with no irrigation.
We chose the vineyards and work in tandem in a long-term relationship with local producers to assure the quality of the grapes.
The aim is to obtain the best of the Itata characteristics and transmit them into the bottle.
Pure and honest wines are made for people that want to taste wines that come from vineyards that are unique in the world.
Wines are produced of Cinsault and País grapes from vines between 80 and 150 years old. Complex, elegant and structured wines made in the Raulí wood open tank and ageing in old oak barrels.
