We help landlords and letting agents by keeping their properties in show home condition. We treat your property as if it was our own. Based in the West Midlands, we are primarily looking for landlords who own a property or properties with 3+ bedrooms. We will guarantee to pay your monthly rent for up to 3 years, so you will have no voids, no tenants to deal with and no new tenants to find during that period. We pay for your minor repairs up to an agreed amount, so you don't have the inconvenience of arranging and paying to have it fixed. A strict no parties, no pets and no smoking policy, with a minimum 2 night stay to ensure this. Minimum weekly clean and inspection of your property. Security cameras fitted at no additional cost to you. We run our short-term letting business by giving you the going market rent for your property, ensuring your investment is working for you.
