We are Violet Crown Interactive, a games collective exploring the interconnection of XR platforms, local storytelling, and community building. Our work aims to engage players with a deeper connection to ideas, artistry, and the world. Founded by Matthew Hemby, Will Wallace, and Maitland Lederer, Violet Crown brings more than 50 years of games development experience to new realities. Our mission is to apply our expertise in interactive narrative, digital communities, and product design towards new types of play made possible through XR technologies. As a remote-first startup built around commitment to and curiosity for our community, we’re taking local creators and local stories to a global audience in ways both unexpected and impactful.
