VIP Machining, Inc. was founded in Spartansburg, PA in 1967 by partners Vanderhoof, Ireland, and Proctor, thus the name (VIP) was established. Richard C. Vanderhoof became President & Owner shortly thereafter, and grew the company through his leadership, experience, and strategic business plans, including the acquisition of Burke Forging & Heat Treating, Inc. in 1987. VIP's continuous growth led to an expansion & relocation of operations to Corry, Pennsylvania's Industrial Park in 2005, where Richard continued his legacy for supporting his customers success until his retirement in 2011.
VIP's second generation President & Owner, Ronald K. Thompson is not only committed to maintaining existing customer loyalty, but also to expanding Value-Added Services for its future customers. Independent quality standards established by ISO 9001:2008 was implemented in 2015 to support VIP's customer-driven initiative to complete components from beginning to end...from forged materials to finished prints. With the latest addition of new CNC Machine tools, supported by a highly skilled workforce, VIP has not only expanded its capabilities, but rather, strengthened its position for delivering higher standards more consistently!
