We didn't set out to build an agency. We just kept working together — testing ideas, learning from mistakes, and figuring out what worked. In 2018, we started selling on Amazon, learning the platform from the ground up by managing real inventory, tight margins, and a constantly shifting landscape. Through trial and iteration, we developed systems for finding opportunity, optimizing listings, and driving consistent performance. By 2022, we had scaled into a 7-figure operation. As we refined our approach, the brands we worked with began to take notice — asking for help with strategy, ads, creative, and marketplace execution. What started as informal support quickly became a second business. In 2023, we turned that experience into something formal: an agency built by operators, not marketers. One grounded in firsthand knowledge, focused on clarity, and built to help founders scale with the same tools and thinking that shaped our own success.
