She started her own consulting practice, Virginia Weida Designs, in June 2006. Prior to this, she was a Principal with The Design Alliance Architects in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, a firm providing Architectural, Interior Design and Facilities Management Services. With the firm for more than 11 years, she excelled in working with established and new corporate clients, property managers, and real estate professionals.
