VirgoSoft was established in 1988 by Giro Villano. As the industry has matured, VirgoSoft Services have also matured. VirgoSoft’s current focus is to provide high quality [and effective] Business and ICT Strategy and Architecture Services to clients [from inception to completion of projects]. Over the years VirgoSoft has delivered many different services. For the past 20 years or so, those services have become more focused on: • Business and Architecture Strategy Development and Implementation • Transition and Transformation Planning and Execution and • IT Service Management Automation Development and Implementation VirgoSoft has a proven track record of delivering business benefits to large organisations. These include both Local and International companies such as CIMB Bank [Malaysia], Deutsche Bank [Germany], Suncorp, AMP, Mars Inc [USA], HPE, DXC.technologies, General Motors {USA], BHP and both Australian Federal and State Government Departments within Australia. VirgoSoft has been engaged by these organisations and government departments to create and Implement Business and ICT Strategies and Architectural Visions aligned to their end goals and needs. On occasions our brief has been as an agent of change, supporting ICT groups to move in a more business focused direction. Secondly VirgoSoft has also supported both local and international organisations in successfully designing and executing major Transformation and Transition programs.
