Shoppers can catch a glimpse of our Taobao’s New Retail concept where offline and online shopping comes together for a seamless experience, by simply scanning the QR code of the products in-store you can find out more about the item and complete purchase via cash & carry (selected items) or delivery within the Taobao app directly. By employing the significance of technology like Integrated Interactive Panel, QR Code and Virtual Reality (VR) Technology, shoppers can now enjoy a new shopping way with convenience and interactive information. The VR creates an interactive digital mock-up that allows shoppers to choose specific furniture pieces and visualize how the options will look like in a certain space, providing shoppers with greater ease of mind. The digital model can be ported into the VR program to help shoppers “see” how a piece of furniture can fit physically and aesthetically within a room even better.
