Virtual Logistics is a third party logistics company offering outsourced order fulfilment. If you’re not familiar with the terminology, it basically means that we look after receiving, storage, packing and shipping of products on behalf of our clients. We can easily integrate your existing online stores and / or marketplaces or help you create and manage something new. Once integrated, we'll receive your goods and start fulfilling your orders on your behalf ensuring full visibility and trace-ability throughout the order journey. We also offer additional value-added services such as custom packaging, inserts, personalisation, bulk packing, Amazon FBA preparation, customer care, returns and reverse logistics to name but a few. Our warehouse has now been approved by Amazon to offer Seller Fulfilled Prime - this means we get to carry the Prime badge across our Amazon listings - we offer this service out to our clients giving them more chance of gaining the Buy Box. We've been working with eCommerce retailers for years and as such have built up expertise across the main marketplaces Amazon and eBay as well as many eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and BigCommerce.
