The Virtual Pacing Academy exists to promote diversity in the medical device industry through a lower-cost, virtual, employment acceleration program. We understand that, generally speaking, women and people of color have fewer opportunities to succeed in the United States. We want to do our part in reversing this trend by giving you the tools you need to get your foot in the door.
Our program lasts approximately 3 months. If you're willing to relocate and we aren't able to place you in a CS role, we'll give you your money back. We accept everyone but give particular focus to women and people of color in our recruitment and marketing efforts for the program.
