Virtual Training and Development Solutions, LLC. was established in June 2009 under the leadership of Dr. Alicia Brown Chief Executive Officer and Consultant. Our mission is to provide seminars, workshops, and development tools to the community. The organization's purpose is to offer affordable training and development services to individuals and businesses. In an effort to meet organizational needs, these services are developed to fit an organization's mission, vision, and, values and can be taught onsite at our training center or can be delivered to organizations through online modules and in-person trainings such as seminars, or workshops.
