Hi there, my name is Delphine. After studying Psychology in France, I decided to cross the channel and moved to the UK to find and know myself away from my family and friends. I always wondered about my purpose in life, why am I here, what legacy I want to leave, and what is alive inside of me. Just before turning 40, I had to stay at home due to an injury and spent most of this time reflecting. I shifted my mindset, beliefs, and priorities. I no longer wanted to work for a “boss”, who was suppressing my skills, my intentions, my purpose…my being! I wanted to lead my own personal and professional life and decided to start my own VA business called Virtual Aide & Co. I have been and still am very lucky and blessed to work with AMAZING, CARING, LOVING, and INSPIRATIONAL individuals!! I do not work for them but with them. We COnnect, COllaborate, CO-create, and CO-regulate. I help coaches to implement the best solution and tools for their business, to simplify the way they do things so they can spend their time doing what they love and what they are meant to be doing. I save YOU time and make YOUR life easier! I finally found my purpose: sharing this powerful tool with as many people as possible. I also realised that if I had been introduced to TRE® at a younger age, I would have managed better with stress, anxiety, sleeping difficulties, and PTSD. I, therefore, decided to teach this natural and organic mechanism to children and especially those who are suffering from ADD, ADHD, children of divorced parents, and those who experienced or are being bullied.
