VER was created in June, 2020 as a direct response to the dire need for digital entertainment and community building during the COVID-19 pandemic. Today, it has solidified itself as a connectivity medium that will outlive the socially distanced requirements of the pandemic due to its convenience, ease-of-use, and ability to connect people over a wide geographic area (literally the entire world) instantly and cheaply.
We specialize in remote entertainment. Paul McDonald cofounded VER with a partner so that families, friends, and businesses can stay connected virtually with an engaging and fun platform that offers all of the convenience of a video call while simultaneously making you forget that you are, in fact, on a video call. Paul creates each VER room from scratch with his business partner, and likes to bring creativity and a sense of humor to the storylines and puzzles.
