We are a group composed of experienced Virtual Assistants who have been in the industry for 10+ years combined.
Unlike other VA-hiring companies, Virtually is 100% owned by Filipinos who resonate well working with Filipino Virtual Assistants.
Virtually came into fruition once we realized that there was a gap in the industry that made Filipino candidates feel less confident & unrecognized about what they do. There is a negative connotation with the term “assistant” that enables others to look down on Filipino employees (with stellar background and experience) despite having similar roles to their overseas counterparts.
With this, we believe it is also a way for us to establish a sense of belonging and equality between ally and clients. Yes, they can assist; but largely they are also partners or allies for your business.
Our goal is to create a business that is mutually beneficial for both parties; to help Filipinos build their careers while helping clients scale their business.
We aim to provide careers for the Filipinos who find it difficult to work in an office setting (first time moms, applicants living far from the city center, etc.) Working as an Ally is one of the greatest opportunities to be able to work flexibly and remotely within the comfort of their home.
