Virtue HR was founded in 2019 by our CEO Roxanne Haarhoff. With all her knowledge and experience she accumulated working in the HR departments of big companies she saw a need for HR Solutions in the Hermanus and Overberg regions and that is how Virtue HR Solutions was born. Virtue HR Solutions and Payroll services work together with our clients as a team. Services are scalable and no client is too small or company too big for our HR solutions. We provide a truly comprehensive range of payroll services and HR solutions related services, working diligently to satisfy the needs of our customers timeously. Virtue HR specialise in Payroll Administration but services also include and not limited to payroll processing, monitoring employee attendance, calculating taxes and other deductions and ensuring compliance to the Labour Law and Employee Engagement.
