The Virtueconomy is a shared-value economy providing fem-powered businesses with a more pivotal and creative way to ‘invest' in women-centric causes. We enable fem-powered businesses (and their consumers) to drive a whole new dimension of impact through the Virtueconomy. It's time we had a revolution in the nonprofit world. The "most good" industry on the planet frustratingly has "invisible handcuffs" that all too often prevent it from achieving the scale of impact that it can and should deliver. The overhead myth, misguided donor expectations and a risk-averse culture sadly leaves a lot of amazing nonprofits in constant survival mode, with an overworked and underpaid staff. It's time we started 'investing' in the nonprofit world. Rather than just aiding year-on-year survival of nonprofits, the Virtueconomy invests funds from businesses into engaging incredible talent focused on creative development, innovation and sustainable growth for the organization. When the social sector thrives, we all do. By virtue of good business and great talent, we can now do that, by investing in nonprofit impact from the inside out. For the good of us all.
