Let me tell you a bit about how I've navigated my journey. As a top graduate from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, I started my professional life in healthcare. Working as a pharmacist, I honed my ability to deliver quality service to individuals, authored works for peer-reviewed journals (which can be found on the NIH website), and even authored exam questions for the NAPLEX (the licensing examination for pharmacists). It wasn’t long before I realized my skills could be used to achieve similar success in real estate. Next, I decided to immerse myself in the world of real estate investments, where I discovered a largely untapped area - the world of mobile home parks. It was a challenging transition, but armed with the wealth of knowledge, teamwork skills, and a diligent work ethic developed during my career in healthcare, I was able to carve a successful pathway from being a pharmacist to becoming a diligent Investor. Today, I'm the proud owner of Virtue Ventures LLC, a company that focuses on providing quality housing in mobile home parks in an ethical manner. We constantly strive to find off-market mobile home parks and secure deals below market value, providing substantial returns to our investors. I am not merely a pharmacist or an investor - I am a pharmacist who uses his knowledge and integrity to excel in the world of investments.
