ViRWA is a next-generation real-world asset (RWA) tokenization project based in Dubai. We are developing a platform to fractionalize high-yield real estate assets into blockchain-based security tokens, providing access to investment opportunities from as low as $100. Designed with regulatory alignment in mind, ViRWA plans to operate in accordance with the guidelines of Dubai’s Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (VARA). Our goal is to make property ownership more inclusive, liquid, and borderless — starting with Dubai’s booming real estate market and expanding across RWA categories like logistics, hospitality, and infrastructure. We’re currently in the pre-seed phase, building strategic partnerships, securing legal groundwork, and finalizing our platform roadmap. Our first tokenized properties are targeted for Q4 2025.
