L'association VISEMPLOI, créée en 2004, regroupe des personnes qui partagent tous la conviction qu'un échange régulier entre un chercheur d'emploi et un accompagnant contribue fortement au retour à l'emploi. Pour rompre la solitude du chercheur d'emploi, elle a mis en place une structure d'accueil et de parrainage des demandeurs d'emploi. Elle compte une centaine de membres formés en interne à la relation d'accompagnement.
