Develop a business and shared action plan and walk through the implementation of those products into the day-to-day business, 4.) Evaluate the implementation at completion. Product Research and Evaluation: Identify the needs and objectives of the operation Identify available tools in the industry that best fit the needs and objectives Present best options to client Facilitate vendor meetings Assist client in decision-making process
