Our responsibilities are for the day to day operations of Vision Hotels and to provide support that is vital to the success of the managed hotels. Our goal is to operate each hotel within the scope of its brand, driving revenues and managing expenses, while caring for the employees who serve our guests. By doing this we are able to meet the expectations of our shareholders. We have extensive experience managing a wide array of properties. This is where our combination of talent and experience makes the difference and we have the results that prove the difference. Management fees are based on a percentage of revenues plus an incentive. A minimum 5 years contract is required.
